Customers requesting services represent that they are legally authorized to request service for the vehicle unless the tow or service is otherwise authorized by law enforcement, a property owner, property manager, governmental agency, motor club, insurance provider, or another legally authorized party.

Certain roadside or recovery services involve unavoidable risks due to vehicle condition, location, weather, terrain, accident damage, mechanical problems, or other circumstances.

BRT Towing & Recovery will make reasonable efforts to perform services safely and professionally.

Customers are responsible for informing BRT Towing & Recovery of any known vehicle conditions, modifications, existing damage, mechanical problems, lowered suspension, all-wheel-drive or four-wheel-drive requirements, specialty equipment, or other circumstances that may affect the safe transportation or servicing of the vehicle.

Existing Vehicle Damage

BRT Towing & Recovery is not responsible for pre-existing damage or damage resulting from the mechanical condition, structural condition, accident damage, deterioration, modifications, or defects of a vehicle that existed before our services were performed.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit responsibility where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Personal Property

Customers are encouraged to remove valuable or personal belongings from their vehicles whenever reasonably possible.

BRT Towing & Recovery is not responsible for unsecured, undocumented, or unknown personal property left inside a vehicle except where responsibility is imposed by applicable law.
